Verizon® Business Group teamed up with California-based software company Zoom Video Communications to provide its international customers with a unified communications solution, which aims to boost organizational collaboration. The video-first unified communications (UC) platform of Zoom is available to all business customers of Verizon® as a cloud-based service. It is the newest addition to the business communications platform of the wireless provider.
Zoom Video Conferencing couples live video with the audio conferencing solutions of Verizon® to give business teams an easy and consistency means to collaborate.
Business customers of Verizon® will be able to reach more than 50 nations with Toll-Free/Call-in Toll or Call-me numbers. Besides, users may take part in Zoom Meetings from a Verizon® VoIP or Verizon® Wireless phone, or just the non-video portion of the meeting via Verizon® Voice-Over-IP, for no extra fee. With the best internet provider managing the cloud service, people will be able to use Zoom without needing dedicated staff or without having to take care of it themselves. Experts of Verizon® Enterprises Solutions will be available for technical support, training and user adoption.
